I have my Bachelors of Science, nothing at all related to anything social… or media. After “retiring” to become a domestic engineer and raise my three little humans, it was time to go back to work.
That did not prove to be so simple. As a certified Yoga Teacher, I taught movement and wellness for years however it was not enough. I had to figure something else out.
I have taken the whole person approach that I teach in yoga and apply it to the clients I work with. My approach is, to help my clients to find more balance and success in all areas of their life so that they can enjoy their efforts.
